Dear friend,
"Follow me." Those were the words Jesus spoke to two fishermen nearly two-thousand years ago. Those are the words that Jesus speaks to you now. At FBC Durham, we believe that being a Christian means obeying this command of Christ. The incarnate Son of God calls us to repent of our sins, believe the gospel, and do the will of the Father. That is the essence of Christian discipleship.
The College Ministry at FBC Durham is designed to help students from Duke, UNC, NCSU and other area schools respond to this call to discipleship. For some students, that means growing in holiness, love, and knowledge of the Scriptures. For others, it means hearing and believing the gospel for the very first time. Whatever your background, you are welcome to join us as we seek to understand and obey Christ’s commands.
